Colin Sharpe the director of CS Coaching has over 15 years’ experience in professional, semi-professional and grass roots football.  As well as 10 years’ experience in Coach Education, working for the Football Association.  He currently holds his UEFA B coaching licence and also has a degree in teaching, which has played an instrumental part in the planning and teaching of players of all  ages, the game of football in this country and around the world in places such as the USA, Japan, Mexico, Spain and Australia.

Professional clubs have include Luton Town FC, Manchester United SS.  Semi-professional clubs have included Barton Rovers and Dunstable Town.  Grassroots clubs have included Barnfield Colts, St Joseph’s FC and Bushmead Rovers FC.  

Colin has also played a key role in many young football players development from the grassroots level.  With numerous boys who have attended his coaching sessions are now established England youth team players, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Luton Town academy Players. 

All coaching sessions are structured to meet the needs of the individuals, regardless of ability. Players will be stretched and challenged according to their ability.   They will be working with their own ball whenever possible and will be constantly working within in the 4 corner player development model which consists of Physical, Psychological, Social and Technical, there will also be a lot of emphasis on game play, to give the players a better understanding of what to do with and without the ball in match situations.

Provided the players, parents and coaches have the right attitudes and are open and honest about their development, then they will improve.

 The philosophy is simply;

"Don't come to train, come to improve"
